3. Official Language
Language of African Unity 


Section A - National Languages

All indigenous African languages are national languages of the United States of Africa.

Section B - Official Language

(1) The national language with inter-ethnic roots and is widely spoken and capable of unifying the entire African continent shall be promoted and established as the official language of the United States of Africa.

(2) That language with inter-ethnic roots and which is widely spoken and capable of unifying the entire continent of Africa is Kiswahili.

(3) All official communications in a national language other than the official language of Africa shall be accompanied with an accurate translation in Kiswahili.

(4) The current official languages of the states remain in use pending the establishment of Kiswahili as the official language of Africa.
